Keith Meek A loving Soulmate, Dad, Step-Dad and Grandfather who was taken from his family just 4 weeks after celebrating his 65th birthday. Keith had always suffered with chest infections, and in the Autumn of 2010, after being prescribed several courses of anti-biotics off his GP, paid to privately see a Specialist. Within 3 weeks he was diagnosed with advanced IPF, but not given any idea of life expectancy or much information about this disease. Following a stay in hospital, he passed away on April 14th, less than 6 months after being diagnosed. Keith was a very special person, who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. We would have loved to have had longer with him, but his suffering has ended. We can only hope that any money raised by us can help fund research into these terrible conditions.
